can you use this on painted wall?

I used them Ok bathroom pvc window frame. Still holding on...despite the steam and humidity

Has anyone used these with a net curtain wire?

Yes, I have used these with a net curtain wire. Originally, they fell off the wall because of the tension of the curtain wire, but I restuck them with some superglue & left them to dry for a couple of days before testing them again with a very taut curtain wire - & they are still in place with no problem after more than a year.

Can you buy replacement sticky pads?

Not sure if you can buy replacements. You can buy similar products though.

how do you take it off a window frame if you cannot see sticker, most of mine came off after two days, some are on the window frame and I cant remove

The whole of the strip is not covered by the hook. The back of the hook opens out and you stick that to the strip leaving the end with the red stripe visible and then close the hook. To remove open the hook and then remove as per the instructions. I initially found the back of the hook difficult to open so I used the thin handle of a teaspoon to lever it open. But any implement that is thin and strong will do it. Be careful of your fingernails.
