Unique Loom Tekke Collection Area Rug - Sheibani (3' 3" x 5' 3" Rectangle, Red/ Black)

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Stunning, deep red (not brick, not Merlot, not pink, not fushia, not berry, not salmon), shadowy scarlet red if you push the fibers down (w/ a vacuum, hand, foot, you choose), true deep red otherwise. The small, muted orange accents throughout are very balanced in muted tone and don’t pop out like my iPhone camera may make them appear to. iPhone cameras will make things brighter and create more contrast than the eye is perceiving, so the rug is a deep solid colour overall, nothing garish or contrasting. I have low lamp light and two overhead lights streaming in from the hall and the adjoining room, so these are low-to-medium light photos. Pleasantly thick underfoot, which seemed impossible to find in the trending “ultra-thin & washable” printed polyester mat craze. Also very soft, like a dream. Huge wide fringe like an authentic vintage rug. Only one side was curled, using some books and furniture to encourage it to lay flat. No bad smell. Delivered promptly. Packaged pretty well, secured, dry. Shocked at how pretty and substantial it is. I might marry this rug if it can accept all my flaws! I got a 7 x 10. It is by far the nicest affordable rug purchase I’ve ever made. Will probably buy a smaller version for my office. Run don’t walk!

Who needs a yoga mat or meditation rug, when you have this under your feet... Bright, beautiful colors, soft enough on its own, and heaven with a thin pad under it. Great value. No slip, easy to clean. No smells. I am very pleased.

Absolutely love this rug! The sizing was accurate and overall, it’s great quality! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. It’s decently thick enough so you don’t feel the floor under you when you walk on it. It’s also very soft - soft enough to put in my baby’s nursery. The colors are so rich! It’s also easy to clean with a simple vacuum; and it doesn’t shed!Would absolutely recommend!

This is THE best rug I have ever purchased. mean it, and I have a thing for rugs.It is thicker than the average, very comfy on the feet. The color is breathtakingly beautiful. The tassels on the end add a hi-end look.Would easily have paid more - worth the $$If I had more floor, I would buy another (or two)

I purchased this rug for my kitchen, which I recently re-did and it felt a bit too grey for me, so I wanted a rug that added a bit of color. Ultimately, I ended up returning the rug because it had a bit more orange tone than I was expecting and the fringe on the sides was a bit distracting.I think if I wasn't so picky, it would have been a rug I'd have been happy with ... for the low price, it is certainly a bargain. If you are okay with a little orange tone mixed in with the red, you'll probably like this. Most of my company did.The color ...It is red for sure with a subtle black/very dark navy pattern. I don't know that anyone would ever mistake this for a handmade rug ... but it looks a lot nicer than 90% of the rugs I've seen in its price range. The red had a bit of orange tone, which might have worked in a lighter room (white or beige) but the dark grey slate really brought out the orange tone for me.Quality ...You are buying this more for the look than the quality. While it seems to be made okay and had no irregularities in the weave, it offers almost no padding and is very thin. So much so that I had an impossible time making this lay flat, as it comes rolled. I put weighted books on the edges for 48 hours and the edges still curled up, made more noticeable by the white fringe borders.Cleaning ...Though this is very thin, its not one of the rugs you can pop in the washing machine. It is a stiff rug ... however, because it is very low pyle, it does attract lint and dust easily. Depending on the size you ordered, it's not very heavy and can be picked up and shaken out. You can also vacuum it but the fringed edge tends to get caught in the vacuum cleaner and the rug slides a bit as its vacuumed.I ordered the 4 x 4 size and its perfect for my little sink alcove in my kitchen. I like that you can order many different sizes ... from large to runner ... which makes it easier to have multiple matching area rugs in a house with nooks and crannies vs. a wide open floor plan.Overall, the function of the rug ... and the value ... are great. The color being a little different than I expected and the fringe on the sides not laying flat were why I returned the rug. For those who aren't expecting a plush rug, it's a good option and adds a bit of that cool boho rock and roll look to a room. I hope my pictures and honest review after actually using the product were helpful to you.

Great color saturation... soft, full pile... although it was folded and rolled and packaged in a compression bag, it laid out mostly flat after just a few hours. Within another day or so, it will be completely smooth.A great purchase at a great price.
