I bought this on amazon thinking it was just expensive sugar that my mum wanted for baking. Then next day walked in to supermarket to find it was just over £1.50 so I could have bought 4 packets for the price I paid on amazon.

Quality caster sugar
I have switched to using this for meringue as it produces a chewier more flavourful meringue in comparison to white caster sugar. It is particularly good in meringue pavlova 😋.
