Absolutely love the ease of use. Simple to install. The app interface is easy use as well. The various options to unlock like the app, fingerprint or key code make it easy for everyone in the house to choose what works best for them. I like being able to unlock the door without struggling with a key and armloads of groceries. And the ability to create a temporary code...🤌🏽 chef's kiss. I definitely recommend this lock to everyone.

Bought this door knob 2 times during a period of 2 weeks. The first one ordered had the ribbon cable connection broken and therefore could not be installed. I returned it and had a replacement on the way. The second one was perfect, everything worked properly. I am very pleased in terms of how easy it is to set up via the app, adding and removing team members. We bought this for our business for a low security entry way. This lock is used 20+ times daily and will see the effects on the batteries.

Installation instructions were easy to follow and had the lock set up quicker than I thought! I've used other locks and the quality of this one is far and away the nicest. Everything feels premium from the finish to the components! Had an issue with the lock but Ann with their Customer Service Team quickly helped remedy it and went above and beyond to help! This lock give me peace of mind that my office is safe and sound when I'm not there. Great features and many ways to connect to the lock! I was impressed with this lock at the start, but it started going down hill quick. 3months in I noticed it would randomly be talking when no one was interacting with it. Then the private lock would kick on without the switch on resulting with the only way to open was with the phone. Now it says its unlocked but the outside handle won't engage so its become useless.

I have been using Harfo locks for my office for a few years now. It has good fingerprint capture and a long battery life. This is the only lock I have found where it can easily be put in passage mode by pressing the lock icon on the display while it is flashing after it has been unlocked, without having to go into the settings each time to do this (the setting for this is user limit-off- passage mode off- it can be a little hard to understand this on the manual). This makes it easy for employees to leave the door unlocked during business hours and tapping out with their keycard at the end of the day to lock it. It has a small but effective OLED screen that displays the settings making it easy to navigate to make changes. It has voice guidance as well, which I prefer to turn off. Adding users is very simple from the lock itself. If anyone has difficulty registering a fingerprint or using it to unlock I just program a RFID card- 3 are included with the lock purchase.I had problems with my lock and emailed customer service from the information included in the manual, they responded the next day and shipped a replacement.They do not have live customer service, and keeping track of the users requires writing it down, but I find that is not a problem. The replacement lock they sent me is improved from the original one I purchased- it has 3 bolts on the outside lock that fit into the hole for the latch to connnect to the backplate instead of two and one that goes through the door, so do not need to drill a hole in the door anymore. Also the reversible handle used to be secured with a single set screw on the side, but that left it wobbly and prone to coming loose over time. Now it is secured with two phillips screws under the removable magnetic plate and is much more secure. Just remember to have the physical key on your keychain or in a secure place as a backup in case the lock fails.I see they now have a bluetooth version now, which helps for programming and keeping track of the users. I find bluetooth can be slow to respond each time , no matter which brand of lock you use, and the wifii gateways can be frustrating for remote access, so I am happy with the way this lock works from the on screen menu for my needs.

This is a great smart lock very easy to install, program and manage. I have purchased 5 locks and I am very satisfied with the purchase. Also if you ever need customer support they are very helpful, quick respondents and professional.

Mechanically, the door does not consistently open when unlocked. The internal mechanism seems to be damaged. The lock has only been installed for a month. DO NOT PURCHASE.Update:The vendor replaced the broken lock free of charge after I'd like a negative review. After reading more reviews it seems the lock fails everyone after 6 months to 12 months. Although the lock has great features, connects to my Wi-Fi Hub so that I can work with it from home and get notifications anywhere, I am concerned that the lock will fail again. Overall it's a great device that needs to be mechanically more sound.
