Great dependable budget phone
This a great low budget phone with good everyday reliability. The camera takes sharp clear photos, also had antishake feature which you just have to activate in the settings. The battery has lasted me all day from 6am till later in the evening with daily usage . The fingerprint reader works best without the case installed about 90% accuracy. The face of is about 80 % accurate which for a phone of the price is great. I use this phone as my new daily and it hasn't let me down yet the build quality is great we'll balanced and no cheap of flimsy whatsoever. The screen resolution is bright and vibrant easy to read and use daily without any blur . I highly recommend this phone especially for the value of what you are getting. Save your money and get this phone instead you won't be disappointed at all. I had high end phone and now use this daily like stated earlier and I'm 100% happy with it

Works Great, Looks great, Easy to set up for T-Mobile customers
I am already a T-Mobile customer and wanted to upgrade from a 7 year old Note 4. This was extremely easy to set up , swapped out the Sim card with the included pin and was up and running in minutes. Tried it out making a call over my Wi-Fi connection and over my T-Mobile network, all worked perfectly. Sent text, everything works. You should know that what you are getting is the Oukitel C21 Pro phone, Sanshreuni is a partner company. Amazingly it came with a clear case on it, the screen protector already expertly installed, and not only the USB cord but the plug too. Who else is giving you a free case, free screen protector and the plug adapter ? There is nothing else to buy here. It came with the battery charged to 94%. Love the fact that the clear case shows off the great mint green color. Already took pictures and as a photographer was impressed with the results. A portrait mode, a micro mode, various filters to try out. Excellent selfie camera. Another plus for those with wired headphones, it has the headphone jack. If what you are looking for is simple, easy to use, elegant and cheap, this phone can not be beat.

Nice looking phone!
It's a really nice looking phone glass on front and back and feels nice in the hand. The camera works very well both selfie camera and main cameras on the back. The phone also is quite snappy and runs most apps without any trouble at all.

Needs better support, OS update
The media could not be loaded. If you have never heard of Oukitel, you're not alone. I like to see competition in the mobile phone market with little known startups offering something decent at a decent price. However, I feel the Oukitel C21 Pro misses the mark at this price point.Let's start with the Operating System. This is an Android phone and it is running Android 11 (current Android release is Android 13). Last security update is from July 5,2021 and last Google Play system update is from March 1, 2021. It's not uncommon for these lesser known brands to release a phone and maybe a patch or two and then abandon them with no updates.Performance wise this phone has 4GB RAM paired with a MediaTek MT6762 Octa Core processor. Not terrible at this price range. In fairness, you probably aren't going to find a phone with more than 4GB at this price point although if you pay slightly more, you may find a handful at around the $200 mark or so. AS far as storage is concerned, the 64GB is again on par with several other offerings although you can find some sporting 128GB.Now lets talk camera(s). Only 8MP on the front shooter and 21MP main on the back. In my experience, if you wanted a decent picture from this phone you had to work for it. I was disappointed in the camera performance. In the right conditions, you may get an okay picture. I have had "budget" smartphone prior and they all seem to struggle in the camera performance but this one I was surprised that it seemed so bad. It could also be that I just had to learn what it's stronger shooting situations were - i.e. well lit areas vs. indoors with shadows.Phone functionality will be a concern and you do need to verify what bands are in use in your area. I have Mint Mobile (MVNO that uses T-Mobile's network). Calls were okay. Text messages were extremely spotty and I am in the Chicago area and typically have no problem. I did verify my APN setting were correct, but I would see a message stating "messages is working in the background". That would just stay there until I restarted the phone. I wouldn't get the missed text but any new text would appear. Needless to say after a couple of days of this, my sim went back into my phone and this phone was retired except to test web performance and other features.Battery life was average, of course once my SIM was removed it lasted a bit longer. Charging was average. The dual sim tray can be used with two sims or one sim and one micro SD card. The finger print sensor (FPS) is on the power button which actually wasn't too bad and I liked it. The phone did come with a clear silicone case. The phone also has a 3.5mm audio jack and if you have a wired headset you'll be able to use the FM radio app.The phone has a single speaker at the bottom and I only saw the one mic there as well. The ear piece is a small slender stretch at the top. The front camera is the hole punch type on the top left of the screen. Despite this, the screen still has a thick boarder around it. You can tell it in the photos, or if you watch the video the seller has, it is more noticeable. For the price range it's an okay phone if you don't mind not getting updates for the OS, are okay with so-so pictures (I suggest taking a few and then deleting the bad ones) and like the style of the phone. Different users have different needs and this isn't a terrible phone, it just didn't click for me although I liked the packaging and overall look and feel at this price - just wanted some better performance in some areas.
