Not as eco friendly as I'd thought
This is a nice kit, but unfortunately not as eco-friendly as I'd thought it might be. I was trying to avoid buying plastic products and should have read the description more carefully - I'd assumed it was felt material but is actually foam pieces. You also get all the separate bits wrapped in plastic and get 2 needles for each product you make - so 10 plastic needles when only 1 is needed! On the plus side, the products you make are nice and my 5 year old was able to do this almost independently.

5 year old adored it
Bought for 5 yr old. Easy to use, love the fact each item comes in its own packet with everything they need so no searching for special needle or extra bits. My grandaughter loved it and was soon doing everything by herself with only the occasional bit of assisstance. I'll be buying another soon so that she can make some different items.

Very nice and Good kit, my little girl enjoying it so much, the only thing is the catalogue needs some care as instruction is not so clear and font, drawing is very small and hard to understand by a kid.

Produkt Top, Amazon-Service nicht gut
Zum Produkt: das macht meiner 4 jährigen Tochter viel Spaß. Plastik-Nadel, Kordel und bereits zugeschnittene Teile sind sehr geeignet für ein erstes nähen. Alle der 5 Nähobjekte kommen einzeln verpackt (mit eigenen Kordel und Nadel) und die ordentliche Darstellung der Produkte hilft dabei, den Überblick darüber nicht zu verlieren. Meine Tochter wünscht sich schon weitere Nähprojekte... Zu Amazon-Service: ich habe eine Prime-Mitgliedschaft und habe das Produkt am 03.12. zum Nikolaus (Sonntag der 06.12.) bestellt. Zeitlich sollte dies kein Problem sein, denn die Werbung für den Prime-Service lautet "heute bestellen, morgen bekommen". Bis dem Samstag 05.12. war das Produkt allerdings noch nicht zugeschickt worden!!! Nach mehreren E-Mailsaustausch mit Amazon, haben sie Samstag die Ware als ExpressVersand geschickt. Wegen der totalen Unsicherheit, ob ich das Produkt überhaupt rechtzeitig zum Nikolaus bekommen würde (und da ich nicht wollte, dass meine 4 jährige Tochter plötzlich ohne Geschenk beim aufwachen am Nikolaustag steht), sollte ich kurzerhand etwas anders für sie besorgen. Meine einzige Möglichkeit war leider ein schlechter Laden in meiner Nähe, wo ich 20 Euro für etwas ausgegeben habe, was zu ihr nicht mal richtig passte. Der Kurier traf um 20:30 mit der Amazon-Bestellung bei mir ein. Ich konnte meiner Tochter zwar das "Nähprojekt" zum Nikolaus schenken, aber nicht ohne Stress und viel Zeitverlust. Das nicht-passende Geschenk blieb in der Abstellkammer verpackt und bedeutet für mich ein Verlust von 20 Euro. D.h. der Nähkasten hat für mich nicht 12 Euro gekostet, sondern 32 Euro. Dazu bezahle ich 50 Euro für die Prime-Mitgliedschaft. Die schlechte Erfahrung mit Prime habe ich allerdings mehrere Male gemacht.

Brillant Idea. Excellent for teaching children how to simultaneously sew, and be creative. It may be particularly in this case specifically feminine. I presume there are masculine versions of this, if there are not, then it would be an excellent idea. Great gift to send if you are a Friend, Grand Parent or other. What it could do with, is a more detailed destruction set. Perhaps a more colourful and detailed booklet with more examples of stitching knots. However given its reasonable price it is good enough to get a child interested and I do not think it is limited to being a children's product, a few more adults out there could benefit from this as well.

C'est super pour une première expérience de couture. Expérimenté avec une petite fille de 4 ans et un garçon de 5 ans, résultats extra !!! En plus ce n'est pas cher. Très simple d'utilisation et produits adapté aux enfants
