Saw another reviewer mentioning this, and I can confirm -- works perfect with Asus W680-ACE IPMI. Confirmed for at least using a PCIe Gen3.1 x4 U.2 NVMe 2.5" SSD. Theoretically, this may also support U.3 PCIe Gen4, but I do not have a U.3 drive to test with.

The fixture cap immediately broke.

Working fine at PCIe 3 x4 on an ASUS W680-ACE Pro SE. Getting 3,200MBs from an nvme disk connected. Very inexpensive for a fairly hard to find cable.

I was nervous about this cable after reading the (few) other reviews, but it works great for me! It's well-built, especially for the price.I wonder if other folk's issues are related to the way it's shipped. It was delivered in just a bag, and it's inherently sort of a delicate cable. It really ought to be in a small box.
