Exactly what it looks like
I've bought a lot of these. Over 1000 and I'm pretty happy with it. They are cheap and break every once in a while but what do you expect. When one breaks I usually cut it in half and solder the two ends to something to make a nice breadboard pin for something.I like the amount of the sizes and the sizes themselves. The vast majority are the smallest size and they are by far the most common ones I use. If anything I would love if I could only buy the smallest size. Like I said, I've bought quite a few of these and normally the color ratio is pretty good but on my last order, I bought 5, and I got a disproportionate amount of blue and black. Very little of everything else. But it's not that big of a deal to me. I got a few gray and I would have loved to get more because I often run out of colors to use.Another thing that would be awesome is if we could buy them by color, but that's probably too much to ask. Some of the other jumper wire sets seems to have a terrible chemical smell(not that I've personally experienced though) but I can confirm these don't. They have a slight plastic smell if you really try to smell them, but I would have never noticed if I had not read those other reviews and then smelled mine.Anyway, I'm very happy with this and hacktronics.

Not the best, but not the worst either
I purchased these jumpers to replace the solid core wire I was using with my Arduino. At first glace, it looks like the jumpers come in 3 sizes (long, medium, short). They actually come in 4 sizes (12cm,15cm,20cm,and 25cm). Why? No idea. However, I had a really hard time telling 12cm wires from 15cm wires. Most people probably won't care, but its good to keep in mind. Also, instead of getting 25 of each size, you get 65 of the smallest one, 15, of the next biggest, then 10 of the larger sizes. Why? No idea. Other than that, they are a step up from cutting and stripping your own wire and having it break off in your breadboard (or Arduino female Vcc header *grumble*). If you can find wire cheaper than this, buy it.

Flexible Wire Jumpers Male-Male, 100 pcs
I received my jumper wires exactly as advertised. They shipped very fast and I received them in about 2-3 days. I have had no problems with them at all.The boots are removable (if you pull hard on them with some needle-nose pliers), but it really isn't a big issue. I have read other reviews complaining about them coming off and I actually caught one of my wires on a zip-tie and pulled one off. Putting it back on was easy, and it is still secure enough for continued use. As with any item, if you handle them with care they'll last a very long time. Even with my own mishandling of 1 wire: the product/seller/price has been excellent. Five stars. If I could possibly lend a suggestion relating to this product/seller, it would be this: Sell us a kit to make jumper wires. That way, consumers can create solderless jumpers of any length and color.Overall, these wires have exceeded my expectations.

Good Product - Great Value
Shipped for two-day delivery and arrived in one. 100 pieces broke down to 78x120mm, 8x160mm, 9x200m, and 5x250mm. No rhyme or reason, but probably close to how they will be used as far as frequency. Although I have a sensitive nose, I only detected a slight odor, not at all problematic. The wires and connections seem solid so far. The lightweight wire is easy to work with and the pins are sufficiently substantial to get good connections. These are not high-end, showpiece connectors. But then, how often are you breadboarding a display piece? They are functional and inexpensive. Recommended for most users.

A little loose
Yes there is a smell, but leave them out for a day or so and its gone, no big deal. Its great to have flexible wires for breadboard use and quickly testing a circuit. The only complaint I have is that the ends are quite small and do not fit securely into a standard bread board. On some wires there is also something like and adhesive that dripped that has to be scrapped off for the wire to make a good connection.

The right jumpers for the job.
I use these jumpers on my Arduino and solderless breadboard projects.I tried to build my own jumpers, trying to save some money when I came across these jumpers. They group together easily to be used on 100 mil (0.1") spaced connectors. They are flexible and the right length to make it easy to attach off board circuits to the Arduino. They do the job inexpensively, I will be purchasing another hundred soon.

Flexible Wire Jumpers Male-Male, 100 pcs
These are perfect for attaching an arduino to a solder-less bread board. What you see is what you get, a bunch of short wires, fewer medium sized wires, and some long wires. My only problem with them is that I would have liked more blue, red and black wires; just so I could be obsessively tidy when plugging them into positive and negative lengths of my bread board.

Hacktronics Flexible WIre Jumpers work well.
I was looking for a set of wire jumpers that I could use to quickly build electronic circuits with. These work extremely well and I love the multiple lengths that are supplied with this package. The ends fit perfectly in by breadboard connections and so far they have been strong enough to put up with pulling and tugging abuse that I have given them.
