Do you have to cut the cars exhaust so it is straight before fixing the tip

Almost, leave a small part of the bend on the car exhaust this will make the tail pipe a tight fit. I had to make a further cut out of the car exhaust where it met the bend(only cut away the bit that touches the new pipe) as it stuck out too far. Hope this helps

Hi ive purchased this exhaust tip for my Mrs mk3 focus and wont go over where the screw fixings are ...any ideas as what to do to get it on , thanks .

Do as I did take the screws out and the fixings and capital to the end of the exhaust mine is tight enough that I do not need screws or any other fixings it’s been there for four months now and not moved

What is the actualoutside diameter of the tube at the parallel end
