Bought this lamp for a present after I was given one earlier in the year. It’s one of the best presents I have been given. It gives a beautiful glow (not glare), and gives a great ambience. Great with dimmer switch, so you get just the right tone. Very stable, in fact quite substantially heavy. Well worth the price. Great buy.

I have been wanting a salt lamp for a while now, and decided to get this one with the Body Source due to all the positive reviews it had. And I am more than thrilled I did so!! The lamp came perfectly packaged, and all assembled already, even with an extra light bulb! I am using it in my bedroom, and I love that I can dim the brightness of the lamp however I want to. The colour is so warm and beautiful, and I swear (it might just be my imagination), but I have been feeling much more relaxed at night, and have been having much more restful sleeps ever since I am using this lamp on a daily basis in my bedroom. This is one of the most beautiful lamps I have ever bought: I highly recommend it if you are looking for a salt lamp, the quality of it is stunning, great value for the price. The shape of the lamp itself is also very beautiful! Might be buying more of these to put them all over the house, haha!

I absolutely love this lamp. It was delivered within 2 days on standard delivery, spare bulb included, I was very very pleased with the quality and very well packaged. It gives a very warm glow and is beautiful to sit by, I really do feel it has made a diffence to the feel of my living room making it feel comfortable and calm. So I do feel it has helped with any heavy feelings in the room(electrical smog). I also use it in my bedroom as it has a dimmer switch and feel that I have a deeper calmer sleep. I have only given it 3 for durability as I have only had it a week, but it looks very sturdy and I think it will be durable but only time will tell. The company also contacted me to see if I was happy with purchase, so I could not ask for better service than that. I can recommend this lamp I will be buying another one.

Very good light and colour.and value. However, on lower levels of illumination, there is an inline dimmer switch fitted, the lamp tended to flicker. This was important to me as I wanted to use the lamp in a bedroom. I tried contacting The Body Source customer service but was transferred to the tech department where I was asked to supply payment info. I baulked at this and, as I have the qualifications, changed the dimmer switch for one with the correct characteristics myself. There is now no flicker and the lamp now is perfect for my needs.

I originally got one as a gift for my friend and when i saw it, i loved it! So i ordered myself one. I was very happy with it, the size is great and i just love the natural cut of it. You get what you are given so you never know quite how it will look, but so far, the two i've ordered have been really lovely. I got an extra bulb which is a bonus. Dimmer switch works great and the lead is a good length. My photo doesn't really do it justice. It gives off a really lovely glow. I will more than likely purchase again and i would definitely highly recommend this company. The price is reasonable and well worth it for what you get. They delivery on time. The product is packaged well and the product is of a good quality. You won't be disappointed.

I really fell in love with this product, so much so I purchased a second for the bedroom. When lit they give a beautiful orange / yellow glow that is just right i.e. neither too bright or too dim and if you need the light very low it is fitted with a dimmer switch. They look truly facinating when illuminated and given they are powered by a tiny "oven bulb", power usage is minimal and anyway well worth it! The theraputic properties are of course unproven, but I genuiinely believe it does lift ones spirits a little and certainly imparts a feeling of well being when sat for a time in the vicinty of one that has been on for a good while. Please be aware that although the weight of the product is clearly listed in the description it doesn't prepare one for just how heavy these are! Just realise they are a genuine hunk of rock and you might be better prepared. And one can also easily prove they are genuine rock salt by gently rubbing a moistened finger on it then taste it - salty!

delivered on the 24th January it stopped working on the 20th March, bought a new bulb but still not working clearly a faulty item. I wish I had read some of the reviews as it seems to be a problem a few people have experienced
