Waste of money
The seeds were not easy to spread over the sonic. I got more seeds on my glove on other surfaces than the sonic head. It’s very weird and fragile. It broke very easily. I would suggest other Chia pets not this one. And yes, it grows fast but it also dies fast too. It’s not worth the hype. If you wanna show a quick science lesson something to last, ur gonna have to keep repeating the entire process like every three weeks

Don’t grow to well
Given to my grandson who loves Sonic. It did not grow very well. Could be partially because he wasn’t adequately taken care of. Nonetheless, I would not purchase again

The Chia Pet Sonic the Hedgehog is such a cool and fun twist on a classic. The details on Sonic were better looking than I expected. Even before the chia grows, and once it starts sprouting, it’s really fun to watch it come to life. My kids loved to wake up each morning or check when they got home from school to see how much grew. The chia seeds grew evenly and pretty quickly, but did find it was only as long as you follow the instructions. It’s easy to take care of, I kind of left that to my kids to do, and they were able to handle it no problem. It makes a great display piece on a desk or shelf. We had it on a shelf in the kitchen, and got so many questions and complements, that we gave those people chia pets for their birthdays and the loves them too. It’s both a fun activity and a unique decoration. Overall, this is a great gift for Sonic fans or anyone who enjoys Chia Pets. It’s entertaining, easy to use, and looks awesome when fully grown. I’d definitely recommend it!
