A little piece of help
Arrived post haste in a little Amazon card envelope. I am not an expert when it comes to phones. Lost my temper with a phone I've had for a couple of years as it was always going to YouTube or adverts while I was in the process of texting. Possibly malware got in somehow. Binned it. Shouldn't there be places to put old phones in for recycling? Anyway, looked through Amazon pages, found a brilliant looking 'refurbished' phone for forty quid. That turned up pretty quickly as well. Only problem was, I couldn't figure out for the life of me how the SIM card that was in my old phone was supposed to fit in the new phone. Spent days trying it this way and that. There really should be some kind of guide or even standadization. Gave up. Sent off for this with a small piece of hope. Fiddled about with the new SIM card for a few hours. Finally worked out that the actual SIM had to be cut down in size by pushing it out from the surrounding card and then it would go into my new Alcotel phone sideways!! Anyway, thank goodness for this. I suppose it was help of a kind. The cost of 1p is worrying, but I suppose they get some money somehow.

Worthy of 10 stars - great quality and network.
Just buy a card, the goodybags, (bundles) are truly mind blowing. Great Network of people just like us. giffgaff is a family of brilliant people.Lots of sincere online community support.

Great value SIM
You simply input the voucher number which will top up your mobile and deduct the amount you chose for your plan from your voucher amount but you also need to input your name and address before activation is completed and upon doing that, your sim is activated and available to use.
