OK so reading the reviews I was a bit put off..... But for the price I gave it a go! Now I've eaten alot of cured and smoked beef from homemade to gold standard wagyu jerky and I will honestly say it is the most perfect biltong I've eaten right amount of fat and right amount of moisture and the flavors are brilliant especially the smoky ghost flavor! This will bey go to supplier of biltong from now so keep up the good work guys 👍 If your naturally a picky eater then you might be dissapointed, if your grateful to have such a nice flavorosome strip of beef in your mouth then most Definately buy some! I would give 5 stars but the app only let's me select 4 stars so 5 star product.

Best Biltong i have bought in a long time.

Unfortunatley the biltong frm this comany is not nice at all. It is way too vinegary and does not have that nice moreish flavour of real biltong. I also tried the chilli snap sticks and the droewors from this company. The droewors was actually very good and the chilli snapsticks were okay, not the best either but definitley better than the biltong. The biltong is nasty.

It is yummy but disappointed. It taste like the traditional biltong, though it state it has naga powder in the ingredients there is no hint of it. No hint of heat from naga powder.

Sadly I really wanted to like this biltong being South African English It's very hard to get the good stuff cheap and easy and this is likely one of 3 brands I have tried and i truthy expected this to be the better one, when it arrived before I even opened it I could tell it was very moist and sweaty not sure if this is because it had be sat in different climes while it travelled or stored, the meat also wasn't a great cut 40% of my bag was easily fat which also likely wouldn't have helped with the damp issue (fat retains more moisture), and the cutting of the meat of course I assume its done by machine, but it wasn't that great either, All in all I give it 3 stars but for the sake of my love for this snack ill likely order a different bag and a different flavour and try it again.
