I bought this product as I have good experience with the brand and know they produce quality products. Their oven glove as no different. The heat pad areas of the gloves are fairly heavy so I knew it would be a good sign. Provides more than enough heat resistance and washes very well. Another benefit of having heavier head pad areas is that is balance well when hung over the oven door handle.I hope this review is helpful

Good quality, value for money.

Got these to replace some older ones that are well worn. Had the others for at least 10years. So if these last as long it’s all good. Good protection, still very stiff, but will become softer with use. Good colour, and fit. Good grip and function well.

Surprisingly long oven gloves but a little clumsy to use.

I like this oven glove because it is so highly heat resistant. This is the third one I have purchased and it is very tough and durable. I am extra pleased that it is now being made in a bright colour, this being red and which I have purchased. Some may say it is fairly expensive but prior to buying this brand I wasted money on other oven gloves which were certainly not heat resistant enough. No matter what I am taking out of my oven I know I do not have to rush to put it on the work surface for fear of burning my hands. One tiny negative is that when it is washed it does take quite a while to dry.

These are fearsomely expensive but they are the best oven gloves I have ever used. This purchase was to replace a pair I’d had for over 10 years which had finally worn out so on a cost per use basis they were actually quite reasonable. An example of something being worth paying extra for.

This was just a re-buy of something I already had. We've had the same Le Crueset black/cream oven gloves for many many years now so I knew they'd be great. Very robust and heat protection could not be better. Only replaced them because the old set were starting to look a bit tired but you can expect these to last 10-15 years. It's true the last set were just £12 and these are now £22 but I guess that's inflation for you! Still well worth the cost as you can't buy better quality. (and you get to impress people because your oven gloves say "LeCrueset" so they think you're a professional!! ;-)

Bought these several times over many years now as the cook in the house loves them.
