All items came as described. The only issue is it states: at level 3 battery should last at least 2.5 hours when it only lasted 1.5 hour. at level 2 battery should last at least 4.5 hours when it only lasted 2.75 hours. at level 1 battery should last at least 7 hours and it lasted almost 7 hours,

I bought this around five months ago, and I haven't had any issues using it. There is a bit of weight to it, but it's not that bad. It takes a while to charge (I just charged it overnight), and the battery lasts a little under two hours if it's on a constant high setting. I've had it last a whole day while turning it off when not in use, and varying the different speeds. Compared to other neck fans I've used, this is the best. There's been times where I've been in 90°F+ weather, and the breeze from this fan has really helped. The clip on the back is also helpful. I'll clip it on the collar of my shirt for a direct breeze to my neck/face.
