What size of crimp tube ends i need to secure this wire, please?

Hello, The crimp tubes best used for this thread, especially if you are making a loop in the thread to capture a clasp and looping back through the crimp tube is size 2. I hope this helps.

I don't think this is the right kind of wire for you, this is a flexible beading wire for stringing and making floating bead style necklaces, you could add a loop in the end but your would have to secure it with a crimp bead. Would this size wire (0.015) be suitable for a necklace with semi precious beads?

All beadalon wire is good for beading with any beads including semi precious. The size of the wire though depends on the size and weight of the beads and the sort of drape you want. I keep a selection of different sizes so that I can experiment a bit before I decide which size I need. This is not much help I know but good beading is more complicated than it first appears. I have one necklace at present waiting to be restrung because I used the wrong size wire.
