How often should I replace the filter in the cat litter tray, and how can I determine if it needs replacing?

The recommended interval is every 6 months to ensure your tray remains protected from odours. However, if you start noticing a discernible smell before that timeframe, it's advisable to replace the filter sooner.

Where can I purchase charcoal filters for this specific cat litter tray model?

All replacements, spares, flap doors, filters, and more can be found on our Cat Centre store.

Is this litter box suitable for grown ragdoll cats, or do you recommend a larger option?

Ragdoll cats are big, so they might fit in the tray without standing up all the way. Use your judgment and measure your pet before buying because the tray is 15 inches / 38 centimetres tall. Make sure your cat feels comfy and secure.

What size litter bags are compatible with this cat litter tray?

The use of jumbo-sized liners would be ideal for this tray, and they are readily available in our store.

Has anyone had trouble putting together the top & bottom parts of this cat litter tray? If yes, how did you resolve it?

Putting our tray together is easy, but if you have any problems, just watch our YouTube video titled "How To Assemble - Large Deep Enclosed Litter Tray."
