I get a lot of headaches and one of the things that gives me a headache is walking / cycling when it's very hot (ie clearly dehydration related). The summer of 2022 (when temperatures stayed above 30 C for several weeks) was very tough so I thought about what might help and, after looking at various rehydration products, I gave these a try. I haven't had a dehydration headache since (now there's a claim)! What's more; I noticed I didn't get the weariness I associate with getting very hot (again clearly dehydration) any more. I always drink a lot of water when I'm walking / cycling in the heat (my target is 500ml per half hour, which is quite a lot) so my problem wasn't lack of water, I believe it was loss of salts. I now put one of these tablets in my first (500ml) bottle of water when it's warm outside, and if it's hot I put another tablet in my second bottle as well... it makes my exercise / journey less weary and therefore more enjoyable (and did I mention NO headaches). The cola taste is OK (not great but not awful - although my 22 year old son preferred the berry flavour). All in all: great product, which I buy routinely now.

I'm iffy on these drinks and this one is ok. You get fluids and a shot of caffeine. I didn't notice any excess urination with the drink, though the cola flavour is mild but not unpleasant. 8/10

These work really well for hydration and training. The cola flavour is okay — not amazing but easy enough to drink. Dissolves well and the caffeine gives a nice boost.

Tastes a bit like watery cola, even when made up to spec, but otherwise does the job.

As others have noted it is like a flat cola. The taste takes a bit to get used to. It is not a bad taste. Here in Australia the normal water bottles are 600ml, so just take a dip or two of water, break the tablet in half (so it fits in the opening), wait a few minutes and enjoy. Caffeine is 75mg about half the strength of an energy drink (based on 500ml. Same caffeine as a 250ml red bull) or the same as a cup of coffee. Since it is sugar free you don't get a crash from it. Preferable to either Powerade or Gatorade. Less sodium, but more of other minerals - calcium, magnesium and potassium. Summary - great for hydration and provides a mild caffeine boost that is not overwhelming. Sugar free so no crash. Flavour takes some getting used to, but it isn't bad I will buy this again. This is my 4th order. 1st was 3 tubes, 2nd and 3rd were each 5 tubes. This last order was 8. Bear in mind I'm shipping to Australia so I need to keep the orders cost effective.

Found these very effective. On a recent trip to India, I bunged 2 tablets into a 750ml water bottle, didn’t have any issues with hydration. Plus normal liquid intake. Not a great water drinker. Not exactly the best flavour, but with the caffeine, very effective.

I work 12 hour shifts, out of all the energy drinks and coffees ive had this product works consistently well and also replenishes your electrolytes so you feel refreshed. I carry it on me in a side pocket and pop a few tablets when I need it during, usually post lunch and during the last 3 hours or so of work. It tastes good to me, like a flat coke.
