I am so pleased with this product , it’s helped me to not won’t to eat like I have , my appetite is normal now. I don’t find lineavi sweet , in flavour so it doesn’t leave me craving sweet food . . I fact I’ve found myself more less food . Brilliant!! . I have been drinking 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with apple juice + water mixed together . Before meals and I’m feeling really good . If you find yourself very hungry ! A good tip is to add 2 desert spoons porridge in with your lineavi extra water and blend together to make a very satisfying meal . My concentration levels have been lot better too .

The shaker didn’t arrive in the package and it was one of the main reasons I bought this. The taste is okay, not for everyone I’m sure but it dilutes well in water. It might taste better if it was mixed using a shaker.

On opening this tub I was immediately impressed by the INFORMATION and SUPPORT offered by Lineavi.I've had other whey protein products which tell you how to mix it and that's it.Instead, Lineavi provide excellent back-up with suggested eating programs, recipes and further online support.The ingredients all sound very organic -pulses, grains, vegetables and honey are all in there.And they've managed to make the product lactose and gluten free.Protein shakes can be used for both muscle building (when training) or weight loss (as a meal substitute).As such, 'body building' proteins can be used as a meal replacement which is how I have used them.I sometimes use such products to stave off hunger whilst maintaining my energy levels. One example would be if at 4pm I was feeling the effects of hunger (lethargy, weakness, possible onset of headache) but wanted to hold out for dinner, I'd swig a protein shake and would instantly feel revived enough to do some vigorous gardening without feeling dizzy or getting a headache.The only trouble with this Lineavi product is that it isn't as potent (protein-wise) as some other products; it quotes 50% protein content whereas another one I use has 90%. The result is that you need a LOT to make up a portion. That's why I remove a star.Whether you choose this over a more potent product with more protein for your dosh might depend on whether you have gluten or lactose intolerance or value the natural ingredients and excellent support provided with the product.Oh yes, I should add that the included shaker is very well designed; there's a mesh insert which mixes better than those with a loose ball agitator and the whole thing is robust and doesn't leak when shook hard. I sometimes put an ice cube on top of the mesh before shaking.And it tastes good. Like a vanilla shake but not as horribly sweet as many are.

Very filling, and I feel full for a good while after wards, although on days when I had a lot of physical activity, like lifting some light weights for example, I did find that my motivation wasn't at it's usual levels and I ended up cutting out early :O as opposed to having a pub lunch after which I could hardly hold myself back. So I would say this is very nutritious and filling, but not suitable for high intensity-activity days

Having already trialed another brand a couple of years ago which, I might add, worked extremely well I had expected to see the same results from Lineavi as the diet is almost identical in it's form. Sadly this product didn't work for me. The shake tasted far too sweet .. the flavour being a cross between cold porridge and a Farley's rusk. I followed the diet to the letter with very little result at the end. Whilst using this shake I did not feel at all energised and suffered constantly with chronic heartburn ... Not good!!! The best thing about this product is the shaker that comes with it. It's a brilliant design, the best I've encountered giving no spillage/leakage at all. A big 5 stars for the shaker ... shame about the shake powder itself.

I've tried several shakes since buying this one. This is my favourite. Great taste, lower in carbs, fat and sugar than some of the other shakes I've tried and doesn't taste too sweet. Much more filling too. Wish I'd just stuck to this instead of trying others

People vary widely in their taste, and this product, for my taste, is almost unbearably sweet. Unfortunately, I expected it to be much like Almased, the meal replacement product I have been buying. I buy that one in a pack of six and did the same for this one, because for some reason the Almased six pack was unavailable. Big mistake! Apart from being ultra sweet, it leaves a distinct and artificial taste of sweetener in the mouth. I'm really fed up with myself for being so stupid and wasting so much money.

I've only started trying it out but I like very much compared to other similar products I tried, it tastes more like a juice rather than the opaque taste of card board other products offer. It's hard adhering to eat because you are HUNGRY, but in the few days I did it, I already lost 2 kilos out of the 6 I had set as a goal. SO far so good!
