I would say yes. They come in 4 different size pellets (Mini, small, medium and large) depending on the size of your fish. Not sure but check if Hikari makes goldfish food. If your fish is big enough, floating pellets are good.

I have some kohaku koi at my pond, i wonder if this food can bring out the red and white color for them.

Hi, I have been feeding my fish the same fish food for 20 years. Would changing the brand all of the sudden effect them?

I really doubt it. Fish will eat lots of other things also, like lettuce, pieces of chicken, slugs from my garden, bugs that fall in the water! Enjoy your koi!
