This toilet was delivered within a few weeks and I had to learn to plumb it in. It came well packaged and when I first unboxed it I was like "How the hell do I plumb it in". I watched a few videos and no problem. The main tank is a lot smaller than the old toilet but with the option of having a half or full flush has helped to save water. A lot of water. The half flush uses more than 50% less of water from the old tank. I got it plumbed in, sealed and it's great having this in. The kids now use the half flush option and afterwards the toilet is clean. No leaks. Brilliant. I will order another for upstairs even though the upstairs toilet is working. This will help to reduce water usage a lot and bring my water bills down. I would post a picture but I need to decorate the downstairs toilet with new plaster board and box the pipes in so it looks a little messy at the moment. Oh, the flush on the toilet is also far quicker than the old one but it is also a smaller tank.

Really pleased with this loo. Simple to fit and, with a small, economical cistern, saves water too! Very reasonable price - I see some people complain about the 'cheap seat'. I just bunged the old one on and rattled my jewellery!

Very good value for money. The toilet is very solid and twin flush works well. As others have said, the seat is a bit flimsy and lid to the cistern is OK but does not fit well. Very straightforward to install if you know what to do. A word of warning, however, don't rely on instructions to tell you how to do it, they are more confusing than helpful! Minor gripes considering the excellent value for money.

This is a very good product at an excellent price, the only weakness is the seat which is a little flimsy but if treated with respect is adequate for use by small to medium-sized persons.

Disappointed wih nylon fixing for systern, only tightened them finger tight and threads stripped. With hindsight I wish I spent a little more and viewd the fixings first. I've had to buy new fixings and had a bad flood in the cloakroom. Good delivery and looks good, badly let down by crucial component failure.

Great little toilet & close-coupled cistern which was simple to assemble for those with some DIY knowledge. It works well and very well priced too, so I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Arrived well packed and undamaged, which is always a worry when ordering something like this to be delivered. I've only ever fitted 5 or 6 toilets, and this was the easiest to date. The duel flush is the simplest I've seen, that's good . The internal overflow was a bonus. I was thinking I'd have to fit a tun-dish, but with modern reg's and this, SORTED. The seat is a bit cheap and plastic y, but it dose the job.
