An indispensable helper in my kitchen!
I bought this food processor to facilitate the preparation of my daily meals and it has exceeded my expectations. It is very easy to use, cut, chop and crush the ingredients quickly and evenly, saving me a lot of time in the kitchen. I have used it for vegetables, fruits, onions, garlic and even to prepare sauces, and the results are always excellent.

Pro: Nice size and come with 2 containers so I can use one for meat and on for vegetable. Con: The handle become hot within couple minutes of use and motor burning smell right after. When it overheat it will stop and you have to wait for cool down. UPDATE: The seller contact and send a replacement immediately. I tried the new one and compare the motor. see video. The new one have better power. Perhaps the one I received before (1) is a defective one. I recomended buying from this seller and the replacement processor(2) is working as expect. After all I am happy with this purchase. When using, follow the guide line on the container don't over fill. It came with 2 containers. One stainless steal is for meat grinder and it has a guideline within the bowl. I really like it.

Honored warranty
Update to review submitted below: The warranty was honored by the merchant and a new processor was sent. I appreciate their response and will update once I have used the food processor. This food processor has an excellent design, but that doesn’t mean a “hill of beans” if it fails to work (used to make soft bread crumbs for schnitzel). This was just my second time using it and it quick working. Tried again the next day just in case soft bread crumbs (3 pieces of bread) was too much for it. Still didn’t work. The first time I used it was to chop shelled walnuts. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Seems to be an used processor.
The box came open showing what is inside.No instructions and look that is an used processor when I paid for a new one. Very dissatisfied. It was supposed to bring a rubber donnut outside at the end of the bowls so it will not move and it didn't. The processor making a lot of noise and moving all around the counter

Para preparaciones pequeñas esta bien
Es un procesador que luce de buena calidad, los vasos los imaginaba de baja calidad pero por el precio están bien, uno es de acero (delgado eso si) y el otro de vidrio, la tapa si es de acrílico y las aspas son muy delgadas, el motor es silencioso aunque no sé si me gustaría usarlo para grandes preparaciones.

El producto me gustó por que era lo que andaba buscando, al principio funcionaba muy bien pero después ya no funcionó!! Por eso lo devolví.
