Too many tablets to take for one dose
Unfortunately I had to go with a different brand for while because my usual brand was out of stock and would be for a couple of months. Therefore , had to choose another for a while . My normal brand I only needed to take one tablet. This one I have to take 5. I find them difficult to swallow. I won’t to buying again. Sorry
