100% Whey, Premium Protein Powder, Chocolate, 1.78lbs

Picked up for a friend that need to gain some weight. She loves the taste and how easy it is to mix. She said it was easy to open and dissolves very quickly. Good size for the money too. I’ll be buying in the future.

Great tasting protein powder. Very filling I always take it after my gym sesh or run/hike to be most effective. Doesn’t get me as sore to maximize on my strength. Each scoop has about 30g of protein so plenty for recovery. Very good quality.

Great way to help achieve increased optimal protein intake in an older person (73). Perfect for after a walk or gym session. Tastes great mixed with milk and mixes easily with a frother. Add ice and makes a great meal replacement or supplement…Love the chocolate and strawberry!

It's my first time taking a protein supplement due a change in my diet & this is really sweet. I dont like sweet drinks or food but apart from that the flavor is good & it mixed really well in my blender cup. I guess ill stick to this one since its the one o started out with hopefully I get the benefits from it.

it tastes really good. its essentially a chocolate milkshake. but I took it for 6 months, and saw little to no progress in my body. not saying this is the issue but I was eating clean and excersizing, chugging 2 of these seemed to hold me back. took me a while to realise. taking naked protein now and its worlds upon worlds better. pay the extra buck - its worth it for your body and health.

There seems to be some debate about whether whey protein is the best kind to consume but if you want to get one gram per pound of body weight of protein powder this is probably your best. It is one of the few brands that publishes their entire amino acid profile on the label so that you know you're getting a very complete protein powder. The strawberry flavor is the best of all of them. I don't like their vanilla and I'm somewhat just tolerant of their chocolate but the strawberries delicious. For dessert I often mix one scoop of this in with some high protein Greek yogurt and then add some blueberries which gives me a healthy and tasty dessert that doesn't Spike My glucose. And then I use two scoops mixed with water at least twice a day to keep my protein intake high. My only complaint about this product is that they do not make the strawberry in the super large containers that they do for vanilla and chocolate and I have no idea why Body Fortress doesn't Market it in the bigger containers. I wish they did. But this is a great protein powder and before my dad died it was one of the few things that we could get him to eat because he loved strawberry and he found the taste of this very appealing so we mixed our Greek yogurt with it and were able to spoon feed it to him to help him keep up the strength.
