Product Description A chewable orange flavoured multivitamin formulated by the Vegan Society in conjunction with health plus. Designed specifically for vegans, but suitable for everyone. This supplement Provides EU recommended daily allowances of vitamins B2, B6, B12, folic acid, vitamin D, iodine and selenium. This supplement comes in bottles of 90 tablets which is a three month supply for adults. Very low vitamin B12 intake can cause anemia and nervous system damage. The only reliable animal-free sources of B12 are foods fortified with B12 and B12 supplements. Ingredients Sugar, Dextrose, Acacia, Selenomethionine (Selenium), Stearic Acid, Flavour (Orange), Erfocalciferol Preperation (D2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), Magnesium Stearate, Riboflavin (B2), PVP, Folacin (Folic Acid), Potassium Iodine (Iodine), Cyanocobalamin (B12).

Just enough for me
I like these, I've been taking them for about 2 years now, just enough vitamins for me. I actually take one every other day and I find that enough.

Much inproved
The ones in the new packaging they seem a lot less powdery so don’t fall apart in the pot. Taste ok for a vitamin, not something I love but acceptable for a vitamin

Nasty smell
As soon as I removed the lid, a cloud of dust appeared from the bottle. It does not smell nice.. I’ve only just started taking them so too early to see any benefits but it does not have a very pleasant taste…

Now in metal containers
Been using these for years, absolutely love them.I really wanted to write a review to say that they are now perfect, as they now come in metal pots instead of plastic!Next you need to do refill bags, then it's complete!

I would overall recommend
Good amount of tablets, will last a while and great for the price. Has what you need and not overloaded with other things. The taste isn't that nice, I suggest having a drink ready for afterwards. Not so awful you can't stand them but not overly pleasant.

Reformulated recently and are now really unpleasant to eat.
The original formulation of these left a powdery orange taste in the mouth which you could at least wash away quite quickly. The new formulation has no discernible flavour at all but sticks to your teeth like a poor quality indigestion tablet. This was the fifth or sixth time I've bought these.So disappointed I've thrown most of the tub away and stopped using them.

Does the job but tastes horrible
These are the vitamins recommended by the Vegan Society. They do the job but taste horrible - a very strong artificial orange taste that lingers around for ages.
