My mum is 92 and can only lift our old rusty oven tray - how heavy is this compared to most trays? can anyone suggest a really lightweight one?

It is good quality but unfortunately a little heavy. I have a stainless steel roasting tray which is fairly light although deeper than the tray. Something similar may be good for your mum.

Are you baking sheets pfa free?

The baking tray is BPA, PTFE and PFOA-free. Fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe. Oven safe to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).

How do i return an item?

I suggest you contact customer service at Amazon to give you the protocol for returns. Equally it should be on their website. I’ve not personally gone through the returns procedure.
