Not sure about this
Seem to help with bloating and gas with first 2 bottles. The instructions on bottle doesn't match the "clinical study" instructions. The third bottle hasn't seem to be as effective as the first two. If you follow the "CS" you'll only get a couple of weeks out of a bottle, and it's hard to do.

Wasn't the answer for me
People in search of products like this are folks with digestive issues like me. Some products work for them, some don't. Reviews suggest this product works for many. It did not work for me. In fact it created severe stomach pain and distress and I stopped taking this after 2 days. Pain and cramping immediately went away. So a flip of the coin I guess. Good luck.
