You mention how this product is easy to store and discreet in its cosy little drawstring bag - but it says in large capital letters what is in the bag

Hello, That's good feedback. We have found most customers store their enema kits in the utility or a bathroom cupboard, and don't tend to store them in common household areas such as a kitchen (where they may be seen), so the branding on our bag hasn't presented a problem. The main thing was that the enema kit is visually out of sight and protected from the elements, and when stored at the back of a utility/cupboard, the branding is not generally visible. There is also the option of turning the branded bag inside out. That being said, we are considering alternative print designs. Thanks again for your feedback. Regards, Broderick Premium Enema

What country is it made?

I have to look, I don't remember but it doesn't matter, it is good quality product.

Hi. hope you are well. the litte yellow stopcock has broken. can i replace it or do i have to buy a new tube? thanks.

Hi, please contact us directly through Amazons buyer/seller email system and I'll organise a replacement 2-pack of taps to be shipped to you. Regards, Broderick

Hi, are there replacement tips available to buy or should we, hmm, clean the tips for reuse?

Hi, whilst its certainly OK to clean/sterilize and reuse your tips, some customers do prefer a "single-use" option. As such, yes we certainly sell replacement tips (a 10-pack and a 100-pack). See https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06XT1GXMC and https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B098P8NWHK. Regards, Broderick
