Good quality laquer, good size will go a long way, dries quite quickly,normally put two coats on for longer protection, can be used for a number of things, we have used to protect switches, sockets and handles, very good coverage on brass, leaves a lovely shine finish and lasts a long time before needing to reapply, would recommend rustins is a very good make

Have only recently used it so too early to say how well it works but no reason tho think it won’t. Easy to apply and goes a long way.

Good stuff but you will need a nice brush and some cellulose thinners to clean it

As described

This product is easy to use and covers well. Unfortunately it is not weather proof. After polishing and then rinsing my Son's memorial plaque, I coated it several times with Rustins metal lacquer. Within a couple of days in this awful English weather, the lacquer started to peel.

Used this to protect a set of polished copper draw knobs. Was going to go for a spray on clear lacquer but found this and thought I would give it a go as I still need to make and protect some draw handles. I just used a medium paintbrush to apply and coverage is very good. I applied a second coat a few hours later and the finish is great. I would recommend applying in a well ventilated room although the smell isn’t horrible it is a little potent. Also if you intend to keep the brush after application you will need some thinners to clean it. Great product to apply and gives a lovely finish.

Just done a single coat and jug looks better. Applicator inclusion would have been better. Await long term efficacy awaited. Reasonable drying time
