I set these vitamins up for my 50 or over body. Health and wellness. I like the taste and ingredients.

These vitamins taste great, didn't upset my stomach. Yesterday was my first day taking them so I can't really speak to the energy level, etc.

I've been taking these vitamins for about 7 years now. They are good and I take them throughout the day whenever I want something sweet. Which is a twofer for me.

I don’t know why adult vitamins are so big and for me, the taste seems to last way too long. I love these for two reasons. First, I have food allergies and I don’t have to worry about cross contamination with these. Second, I feel like I’m getting a treat. They aren’t too sweet, so I like that also.I’m not crazy that the serving size is 4. There is also a odd smell when you open it up the first few times.

They increased the number of gummies that equal a serving. I got these, because my mom thinks they are candy, but they stick in her teeth, so she sucks on them. She never gets through all 6. I find 2 or 3 around every day. We didn't have this problem when they were bigger and less were needed for a serving.
