This works, but...
Better pain relief than Voltarol or Ibuprofen gels, but you really need to work out where to place the pressure pad, so do your research before to make sense of the instructions. Is it comfortable? Yes, for the job it is doing (stretching the muscle that's making the tug on the lateral epicondyle, so slightly counterintuitively, lessening the tug and relieving the pain), but there's a pressure and a tightness. Compared to "tennis elbow" does it "hurt" - as said, better pain relief. Stretch is good, but while not Popeye, I do have larger forearms (used to race in rowing boats), and for me, the "ideal" place for the bar is not short of, but either on or slightly past the point where the hook-side of the Velcro starts - can go on or past, but there's a little more stiffness past it. I've read that the band can and does stretch, so reckon on mine becoming less on the cusp. I've not a clue why I developed tennis elbow - I didn't even watch Wimbledon this year. But I did get it, and it is a pain in the... elbow (and really pesky). I've dug into it, and would also recommend looking at deep tissue massage of the forearm muscles that this device works on as an alongside active response. Also, spot what aggravates it, and use something like this device for when you're doing it. I suspect using a knife (in the kitchen, I do like to debone a leg of lamb), or riding my motorcycle (am thinking to reset the handlebar's position). But I do recommend this device as an affordable tactic - just make sure you are placing the pad in the right place below the pain (you can test it - place it and pick up a full kettle; it should hurt a lot less when the pad is in the right place).

Improved my tennis elbow pain
I bought this after my physiotherapist told me to get these for my tennis elbow(s). I bought this one and one from another manufacturer. I was sceptical about how this product would work but it does. Prior to this I would wake in the morning with arm stiffness and pain, but since wearing this the pain has been massively reduced. The strap is easy to use with one hand and its made of soft, washable, breathable fabric so it doesn't chafe the skin. The compression part is approx 2 inches by 1 inch with a depth of about 7 or 8 mms which means its comfy with enough compression to push down on the painful area. I've given it an overall 4 star for 2 reasons. Firstly, I would prefer it if the compression part was covered in fabric against the skin, rather than just the foam pad. Secondly, the bit of fabric behind the metal buckle is slightly short therefore chafes my skin slightly, but its not too bad and I can cope with it. Altogether I would recommend this product. The product was well wrapped and arrived very quickly, so I'd give the seller 5 star if I could.

Yep, it works - but you need to make sure it's fitted properly and the Internet is your friend here.
I have 'tennis elbow' which has got bad enough to make me look at ways of easing the pain. Resting is not an option, sadly, as I'm self-employed and use a mouse/keyboard much of the day. Ice packs help. A vertical mouse helps. But the pain remains and my GP suggested I try a compression band. So here I am, and the Bracoo seems to have the best overall reviews while not being the cheapest option. The most important thing with one of these is fitting it properly, and that's not immediately obvious as the 'instructions' are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. As is often the case, the Internet is your friend. A quick search for how to fit a tennis elbow band soon found a video by a physio that details exactly how to fit it, and test that it's working. The latter, testing before and after, is vital. If the pain of, say, lifting a kettle, isn't eased after you've fitted the strap then it's not in the right place. It took a bit of trial and error on my part, but I now have it in the right place for me and it does work. Basically you locate the pain by doing something that triggers it, then experiment with the strap anywhere from 4cm to 10cm down and the 'pad' on the pinky finger side of the arm. When fitted correctly it doesn't rub on the inside bend of the elbow, nor does it cut into the arm (if it does it's too tight, so loosen it off a little). Does it get rid of the pain completely? No. Does it reduce the pain and make using the arm more manageable? You betcha. How long it will last remains to be seen, but it certainly feels well made and there is no evidence of shoddy stitching just waiting to fall apart for example. The elasticity of the strap is good, and the velcro fastener long and strong. I reckon paying the extra for a good quality item here will, hopefully, pay off in not having to replace it after a month.

Support for golfer’s elbow.
I use this support to ease the discomfort on the elbow joint when playing golf or using secateurs in the garden. It appears to help with the joint pain if the foam pad is placed right on the point of inflammation of the elbow joint. It is quite a bulky strap and doesn’t fit well under a tight sleeve but will stay in place over a couple of thin layers. It’s definitely not a cure for tendonitis but certainly helps to support the joint and greatly ease the inflammatory discomfort during physical activities.

Ware kam sehr schnell an.

I’ve been suffering from golfing elbow for months, so on my GPs advice, I began looking around for a supportive brace. I’m very active, go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and I didn’t want a bulky strap that would get hot and sweaty/uncomfortable on my arm. So, when I saw this I immediately purchased it! I’ve only done a light gym session so far in it, I found I wasn’t getting as much pain but have yet to do any heavier weights. I recommend maybe wearing this around the house for a few hours just to get accustomed to it and to get the right tightness for your situation. The support pad is literally the perfect size for golfers elbow, it really hits the right spot for me at least. I can’t speak for tennis elbow which is on the outer side of the elbow. So in short, I’m very happy with this thus far, I like how it’s smaller and still does the job, it doesn’t look look you’re going roller blading which is a plus!

Het werkt, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Omdat het zo smal is moet je hem strak afstellen, en dat wordt snel oncomfortabel.

Me gusta que no irrita ni provoca sudoración incluso después de usarlo durante horas.
