Exceptionally strong magnets. Watch your fingers! Luckily, they put plasric dividers between each magnet to make them a little easier to separate. But if you stick 2 of these directly together without the divider or anything else separating them then good luck trying to get them back apart. Highly recommend these magnets if this size works for your project and you want something VERY powerful.

These small magnets are very strong. In fact, you will be challenged to pull them apart when they are in contact. Yet, they are small and easy to mount. Hang what you want from them.

****Update about a week after purchase and original review**** These may actually be too strong. I will say, I found a workaround of putting the adhesive foam on one magnet (leaving the other side with the paper still attached) works really well. I have one without the foam sticker on one side of my cross stitch fabric and the one with the foam on the other. The foam does mute the inability to separate them down quite a bit. I'm much happier this way. Wow! I've been looking for something to keep my cross stitch patterns secured to my fabric and a 'binder' a for my needles. These are really amazing. They're very secure, a great size, and seem to be of quality. I'll be buying more for other random things. Very happy with my purchase.

Very strong magnets, magnetized to each other even from 25" apart! I will use them to close my curtains, but I have to wrap them together with the dividing plastic strips which they came with to make them less powerful. Just don't drop them they will break.

very strong magnets, packed well, BUT very fragile. Handle with care. These magnets come in a plastic case with spacers between the magnets. It comes with 3M tape. I took out and removed a spacer, but then the strong magnet slapped back down on the next magnet and they both shattered. So use force to separate, but don't let them hit anything quickly or they will shatter. Works easy but be careful

This is my first review for something that was TOO good--for their own good! These magnets are incredibly strong ... so strong that they LITERALLY shattered into several small segments if you allow them to snap together. I bought the pack of 12, but only 6 were still intact after a brief testing session. My intent was to attach them to TV and garage door remotes, but they are FAR too strong for this purpose. The description of them needs to be modified. They are NOT for a fridge or similar casual use. That said, if you need something that tears your fingers when you want to separate them, this is your product. Just be aware that that they shatter like glass if you allow them to snap together. And they will do this spontaneously if you put them less than six inches apart on a smooth surface. I'm keeping mine in case I find a way yo use them (Not worth my time to return them), but I'll buy something less powerful for my original purpose.

Very strong for their size. Great for what I needed.

If you want something to attach buy these. Do not remove paper between magnets until you use one at time. They are strong.
