Very tasty
I had a dish with tawa sauce from a restaurant so I thought I would try making it at home. I made it with root vegetables rather than paneer, and it was very tasty. Hot alert though! I only used about half the quantity of spice mix (2 heaped teaspoons to 120 gms veg) and it was still pretty hot, so perhaps for Western palates it is best to go easy on the amount of spice mix you use.
