Great quality and amazing for climbing. Climbing is a dangerous sport without the right equipment. I tested this on smaller projects like rope swings and lifting heavy items and it could withstand all tests. I now use it for my climbing and feel very safe. The metal is sturdy and the tightened adds extra support. Great value for money!

Exactly what I needed, perfect for the job

I use these a lot they work great with a tibloc, they are a robust 16/25KN steel carabiner, you can't go wrong for less than a fiver, if you keep them well maintained they last for years, I have had the odd one jam in the locked position hence the 4 stars (not what you want in an emergency) otherwise highly recommend

These are very good quality for the price, and seemed much better quality for money than anything else I found on the net. They are quite large and heavy, which was not a problem for me, as I use them to hang the children’s swing. However just double check the dimensions and weight to ensure it suits your purpose.

A quarter of the price of comparable Caribiners on Amazon or E-bay, these Chinese made Screwgate Caribiners must be the best bargain that Silverline Tools have ever sold. Intended as General Purpose Oval shaped caribiners, they are suitable for heavy duty Industrial/Fall Arrest/Rescue/Securing purposes rather than the much lighter D shaped aluminium types made for Arborist and Climbing. Tested and CE certified to 25 Kn, made of 11mm thick corrosion resistant Chrome Molybdenum Steel, also good as "quick-links" for Boron Steel security chains up to 19mm diameter.

There is not much I can put in terms of details as this is an excellent product.It is what it says it is and certainly is strong and feels very quality, the locking screw is smooth and locks it perfectly you can certainly guarantee this is safe and will hold what it says it will.

Not entirely sure these are genuine silverline as came only in "made in china" packaging.They seem study enough to do what I need which is just as a quick hitch for the kids swing, but I definitely wouldn't chance them under anything close to their marked load weight as I suspect they'd shatter long before reaching 25kn!

Great karabiner. Very very sturdy and strong. Good value for money. It's slightly heavier than expected but that only contributes to its strength. Also, be sure to look at the photos and product dimensions because it's quite big. Great product, thank you
