does the game pad come with this game?

The game pad comes with the Wii U console. You cannot have more than one gamepad per Wii U console, so packaging them with the games would be pointless. You can purchase additional Wiimote controllers separately, but this box contains the game only- it doesn't even contain the gamepad stand that is listed on the box as included.

I bought the Wii U console from USA, will this game work in that console?

if you bought the console from usa,it will only work with ntsc formatted discs,whereas the nintendoland,i have purchased is pal format.which is for european consoles.there maybe a ntsc disc of nintendoland available to buy from amazon,which may be cheaper than the pal version.hoping this will help you with your question?

Can we use a wii remote to play the game?

Wii remotes are used for multiplayer on some games but for solo (and player one on all games) the gamepad is necessary.
