Do these have strong adhesive on them to attach to the shoe? I have bought other branded ones in the past and they had no stick at all and were useles

Very strong, to my horror, I can't seem to be able to remove them from one of the pair of shoes I put these in. :) that maybe coz those shoes are a bit old now and their lining will tear off if I pull these shields. So, they are staying there. Other shoes, they are pretty good and reusable with!

Can you use these with opaque tights?

They wouldn't work with socks on they kept coming off my shoes. So I wouldn't like to say if they would stay on with tights

Are these suitable for flat ballet style pumps?

I used these in relatively flat shoes but they came unstuck very quickly, stuck to ny tights & laddered them. Not a great success overall.

would these work in wedge ankle boots? My new boots are right size but not lace up so slip (narrow feet and ankles). thanks

They might work with boots, I've not tried .
