Organic Iodine from Sea Kelp

Wonderful Organic Iodine capsules. These seem to have helped my facial skin, don't appear to be suffering from awful skin acne or spot breakouts like I used to. Certainly going to keep taking these Iodine capsules, as convinced it's these that have improved my facial skin. Would highly recommend.

If you're not willing to stare down the barrel of taking full on liquid Iodine and risk getting into a bad way (because there's no one size fits all) then take these as a 'SAFER' step in that direction. If/When you come to want to take liquid iodine, PLEASE consult your doctor and get the required tests done to see if this is even something you actually need. You seriously DO NOT want to play around with your thyroid function. It can be as serious as messing with your Electrolytes, DON'T DO IT, SEE A DOCTOR AND GET COMPLETELY EVALUATED BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS FIRST! In my personal experience with suppliments over the past 20'odd years: - Firstly: You can (and should) follow the directions listed on the bottle, and 'take ONE per day' which is what some call 'Dosing' or in otherwords 'Prepping your system' - slowly introducing new/concentrated substances into your system so that your system has plenty of time to evaluate what to do with the new/concentrated substances and where to filter each thing contained and how best to manage your wider system while this all takes place. (Yes, your system IS that intelligent) DO NOT buy anything that has not met European or American medical standards. Like AVOID things made in China or Africa for example, and even if they state they meet European or American medical standards, it has been found in many cases to be completely fraudulent claims, or they've managed to get passed certification through some loophole or other shady means. You must be absolutely vigilant and remain vigilant when it comes to taking suppliments, ensuring they're not from places that have no checks or balances like we do in Europe/UK/America for example. - Secondly: In SOME cases with SOME suppliments I've read up on a great deal, I took it upon myself to take a 'Megadose' so that my system will be unable to form a good defense against the introduction of the new/concentrated substances, in hope that what I've taken can filter through at higher levels to the parts of my body they need to get to, and brute force a change in those areas. This is ALL theory based on other's experiences and trials in doing it to themselves. Before you even consider something like this, you will need to set aside time to do serious research into what it is you want to 'Megadose' with, and again, it's always best to default to the position of seeing your doctor to check to see if you even need to do such a thing. - Lastly: I took 4 of these just to give my system a good boot up the backside, and it worked for me. So I'm happy with my purchase, despite being able to buy this much cheaper elsewhere, I'm still happy with this product. Now just because i say 'it worked for me' or even if you may see everyone else in the whole world say 'it worked for them' - you must remember that YOU are not me or them. NEVER rely on what worked for other people, because despite what the psychotically politically correct overlords may tell you, that we're 'all the same' ... the reality is that we're simply not all the same. Nature does not do 'equality' - Anyone who says otherwise, is an ABSOLUTE moron. Political Correctness in ANY field of science is insane and will (actually already has) got people killed and injured. Mother Nature didn't make the mistakes, it was we silly little humans! So the advice i give to you, like i give to everyone else, see your doctor to see what works best for YOUR BODY and YOUR SYSTEM.

I got this because of a slight hyopo-thyroid and after just 2 weeks saw the difference. I will keep buying this for the next 6months and I really like the fact that the ingredients are few and super easy to swallow in the capsule ( and I have difficulty swallowing capsules)

after a month of using the Capsules, discovered that is left in the container are countable, I have been taking a Capsule every day, missed some days, should have more than 30 in the container, they are less than 20!

Just bought my second lot as this has really worked for me. I'm intolerant to eggs and a few other things which i try to avoid. But I suffer from upset tummys regularly even though I avoid. I've also had my gall bladder removed which means my digestion isn't what it should be. Taking sea-kelp every day has been amazing. I even had pancakes the other day and didn't suffer like I usually do when I make the decision to eat eggs and take the consequences. I'd urge you to try it!

Great product but why the insane price increase? Its gone up from £13,45 to £19,95 which is outrageous

I never write reviews often!! But waking up this morning feeling super fresh, energised and not groggy (from taking anti depressants) feels incredible. I have to say it is 100% this that's made me feel good. I've suffered with thyroid problems for years as well but only just been diagnosed. The fact that I was warm in bed and not freezing (no matter how much the heat is turned on) was amazing!!!! I finally feel like I've found the product for me! Price is more than a bargain I really don't know what u could lose after buying it I will continue to forever! Next day shipping is always a plus. Thank u so much guys
