Black Holes: The Reith Lectures Paperback – 5 May 2016

Stephen Hawking never stops amazing you, period. Black holes being so mysterious, any amount of discussion on this subject is less and Stephen Hawking had the talent of making such complex topics simpler and more interesting..i really enjoyed reading the book!

It is a very slim item, but it is just the two Reith Lectures given on the BBC. I found it a really fascinating read, covering serious topics in a very witty style. The sketches were entertaining as well. Recommended for anyone interested in the topic - as long as it is understood this is not a full length book, but more a pamphlet.

I enjoyed the book, although I had hoped for more content. I am also a Cambridge alumni; missed Stephen Hawking by some 7 years. I would have loved to have read his thinking on the recently discovered Big Ring and Great Arc.

Stephen Hawking was a man for every man, and every woman who yearned to know more about time and space but never had the chance to visit those hallowed halls. However through his brilliant, easy to read and understand authorship, people like me an 87 years old lady are able to "See" into and through time and space .

It is a good book for those very new to the topic, although as I already had some prior knowledge on Black Holes, everything in the book was already known to me. Use this as an introduction to black holes. It is also very small and took me about 30 mins to read through it all, but for the price it's not too bad.

It's a much smaller and thinner book than I expected but the content is excellent. This is advanced enough for those that are very knowledgable on the subject already while at the same time it's written in a gentle way with humour to make it much more accessible to the majority.

A wonderful insightful book. I would highly recomend this product to anyone wishing yo take a walk in the genius that is Mr Hawking's mind.
