I have been using a similar shaped nylon turner made by German company Berndes for decades, when it finally broke I was devastated and thought it would be impossible to find something else equally functional and good looking. Well I have found a replacement even though this one is 1/3 narrower. This Brabantia version appears to be in high quality, no joint so it is easy to keep clean, ergonomically shaped with small footprint & no unnecessary bulk so it takes up little space for storage and the dishwasher, angles perfectly, and the handle is very comfortable to hold. I use it for everything that I cook in a frying pan or wok including egg, burger, steak, curry, stir-fry. If you've never used this shape of utensil before, you should give it a go and see the difference.

Bought as a replacement for a similar one that I've had for more years than I care to admit. Very sturdy, extemely useful and so happy to have found this make of spatula again. Costs a bit more than cheaper ones but lasts for years and years even with daily use.

It's a great spatula for anything pancake or frying a sunny side up egg related. Small handle though. So, if you have big hands, might want to avoid this. It works well for me. I would say, it would be great for kids for a pancake Sunday activity in the kitchen.

Had one of these for the last 10 years or so. Brilliant. Gutted when it finally broke but found it on Amazon. Love the size, longevity and all round performance. Brabantia make good stuff.

Looked all over for some hard plastic small spatulas to replace the IKEA ones that they don't do any more. These are just what I wanted and being brabantia they are good quality.

I've had my spatula for 2 months. The end of the spatula has started to peel away and it is particularly difficult to clean as food gets stuck on it. Having said that, it flexes well and seems durable in that manner. It's also the perfect shape. I'm a big fan of Brabantia, but am not particularly impressed with this particular spatula. If I could only keep one implement, I would choose this. Great for stirring and turning. The best for breaking up tinned tomatoes and so inexpensive. I have bought my kids one and will replace mine if it fails. It is starting to look a bit scratched but I have had it a while.

Lange gesucht und hier endlich gefunden: ein kleiner wendiger Pfannenhelfer für fast alle Gelegenheiten. Ok, für verkrustete Bratkartoffeln in einer Gusspfanne benutze ich hartes Metall, aber ich hatte noch nichts in meiner Keramikpfanne, was dieses Teil nicht sinnvoll bewegen/wenden konnte. Für mich ist die Größe ideal, weil ich kleine Sachen filegran bewegen kann, aber auch große Fleisch- oder Fischstücke bleiben handhabbar. Einmal ist hier auch die Materialdicke und Elastizität: fest, aber trotzdem nachgiebig. Der Wender ist vorne wunderbar flach und man kann super aufschaufeln und auf Teller portionieren- andere Pfannenwender sind mir hier viel zu dick. Der Griff liegt gut in der Hand, alles ist gut verarbeitet und mit Hitze hatte ich bisher auch keine Probleme. Ein guter Kauf!

Llevaba meses (no exagero) buscando una espátula de tamaño mediano tirando a pequeña, que fuera robusta y cómoda. Antes tenían algo así en Ikea pero ya no. En las tiendas sólo vi espátulas grandes y son incómodas para hacer tortitas/panqueques o para usar con una sartén de tamaño pequeño, haciendo un huevo frito. Hasta que se me ocurrió mirar aquí en Amazon et voilà, he visto esta espátula de Brabantia y me la he comprado. No podría estar más contenta: es ideal para el uso que le estoy dando, está hecha de buen material (nylon), no se quema, tampoco se dobla porque no es flexible y esto es bueno. Incluso he comprado una más, para mi madre. Espero que os sea útil y disfrutéis de unas buenas y ricas tortitas , ¡un saludo!
