I can’t seem to get it off the ground, any advice?

Same issue. Charged the helicopter, switched on but hardly lifts off the ground.

Very little power can you change power pack , models about five years old

None it comes with one already fitted. just plug it in and wait for light to come on, on charger cable, then its ready to fly , I get about 7-8 mins before it needs a recharge, By the way fly's great, just go easy on the power throttle (left stick)
