Great Customer Service.
The doorbell camera worked well for about 6 months but then developed a charging fault. I contacted Amazon who passed me on to the manufacturers. They have proved to be easy to deal with and I can only praise the customer service which was exceptional particularly Mary with whom I have been in contact. The 5 star review is for the after sales service and, obviously, not for the goods although I was perfectly happy with the item until the fault developed. I was probably just unlucky

Brilliant. Wasn’t expecting much with how cheap it was but pleasantly surprised. Battery does not last long before needing charged but we do live on a main road so it sees plenty

Very good camera .
Camera a little bigger then I thought, good quality picture and operating system on the app . Very happy with camera so far , did require a micro SD card the watch videos back but no monthly fee which is good .

So Easy and Crystal Clear
I'm an older lady and I'm so impressed that the price of this was so competitive and affordable. I even set it up myself and it was so easy to do.The app is easy to use and the picture and voice function are crystal clear. I'm feeling safer now thanks to the ease of set up and price. Just an amazing product!

Too bad it does not keep a charge. I was easy to set up and general usage was excellent. I can no longer use it due to its charging problems
