EPS Edible Wafer Potato Starch Paper Pack 25 plain white A4 sheets

Great product. I have compared it to rice wafer paper, it’s just as durable. One side has a slightly more textured appearance than rice paper, the other side is smooth and shiny. Both sides could be utilised effectively for the right project. Flavour is neutral, it compares to other wafer type products for taste and texture whilst eating (not something I’d actively eat, but not the end of the world if I did). I’ve just bought a second pack, it will be a staple cupboard item for me.

Product arrived promptly and was well packaged. Great for baking as no flavour or sweetness from paper. Good size sheet and strong enough to use but easily breaks when separating the baked goods. Will definitely purchase again.

Great for cake decoration.

Used for nougat, but work great and keep well if you reseal the pack with tape (duct tape or similar)

This product was a bit thicker than I was expecting but still fit for purpose, I used it when I made coconut macaroons and it was very good. There’s no flavour at all which is what you want! Happy with this purchase.

I make a lot of traditional almond macaroons as opposed to macarons. This product is ideal and I generally buy 2 packs of sheets at a time. Superior in both size and cost compared to typical tiny supermarket rice sheets. The product just breaks off perfectly at the perimeter of the macaroon. Two of my relatives have bought this since I showed them.

I checked all the reviews carefully before settling on this brand and it has been just fine in all respects. I used it for making halva and it was just right. It is strong and not brittle without being too thick; tastes very good, like vanilla; appears like the old rice paper made from rice although this is potato starch; it is bendy and not brittle but can be folded and cut or carefully torn in a straight line. The liquidy ingredients (honey and tahini) did not soak through and protected the storage box and serving plate from stickiness. I was able to write on it with a marker pen (the list of ingredients on a separate sheet, that is). It could therefore be decorated and probably go through a printer. It was a good buy.

Value for money. Lots of sheets arrived in tact due to the excellent packaging. I used these to make leaves for a birthday cake and they turned out well. I'd buy these again.

Il prodotto è stato acquistato poco prima delle feste di Natale ed è arrivato nei tempi prestabiliti e confezionato bene, i fogli di ostia sono arrivati ben sigillati e non rovinati. Ho usato i fogli per fare del torrone fatto in casa ed ho apprezzato la qualità ed il giusto spessore del prodotto. Il foglio è flessibile, non si spezza, ma nel mio caso una volta fatto il torrone l'ho tagliato facilmente senza che si strappasse. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/quantità e prezzo.

Bei meiner Verwendung werden manche vielleicht die Nase rümpfen: Unser Bub, inzwischen 9 Monate alt, ist oftmals ziemlich wild darauf Papier zu essen das er nur irgendwo in die Finger bekommt. Lässt er sich auch nicht gerne wegnehmen. Zuerst hatte ich Esspapier im Supermarkt gekauft, aber da waren Süßungsmittel und Aromastoffe drinnen. Dieses hier ist völlig frei davon, besteht auf Kartoffelstärke, Wasser und Olivenöl. Und das bekommt er eben stückchenweise im Austausch von "echtem" Papier.

Parfait, j ai fait du nougat, bon d ici que j utilise les 25 feuilles il se passera un petit peu de temps, le produit est très bien, je recommande !
