The Dark Knight Trilogy
I'm one of those people who hate change.I remember back when the Dark Knight series began, I was very disappointed that Batman's attire changed in design and colour. However, after watching the series I came to understand that with the Dark Knight being darker and more sinister, he could not wear the comic strip attire. It would have destroyed the darker theme of the character. Works really well and a fantastic series.Very highly recommended if you haven't seen the dark franchise.

Still holds up
Great films, decent price, even with 4k TVs these days HD blue rays still hold up. Would love to invest in 4k discs but DRM with 4k pc drives killed it off and I refuse to buy another box to go under the TV. On the whole though satisfied.

Batman at his best!
These are hands down the best Batman films ever and my second fave trilogy of all time. Batman Begins is a great start but the bar is raised incredibly high with the Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises and will be a tuff act to better. Nolan is one of my favourite directors of all time and rarely fails to impress. Bale is perfect, with an incredible cast surrounding him in each film, including a career best and Oscar worthy performance by Heath Ledger as The Joker, in The Dark Knight.Amazing picture and sound, with interesting special features.Highly recomended!Buy it!

Firm favourites of any collection
Item delivered in perfect condition and on time. What can I say about the film? If you like them you like them and if not, then....I think Christopher Nolan brought a dark edge back the the Batman films that was much needed and the acting was superb. The camera work sublime and the lines just make the long films pass in no time at all.Thoroughly enjoyed these and they are now firm favourites in my collection.

Woeful Warners!
The three films that make up Christopher Nolan 'Dark Knight' trilogy were, at the cinema, not short of being excellent. But here...For some unknown reason, Warner Bros. have decided to on these Blu-ray presentations should be shown in 16 x 9 then at times 2.4:1 and for some further scenes, in 1.78:1 ratios. This is quite distracting at times and detracts from ones overall enjoyment. If presented in constant wide screen it would be a whole lot better. Warner Bros seem to have 'a thing, about 16 x 9 productions on DVD as most of my collection are just wide screen and fit the screen. The movies were worth 5 stars - but on this format they lost a star ,,, maybe it should be more!
