It is great that I can control this from my phone as well as on the device itself and also set a schedule so the vacuuming is always done. It can be left alone to get on with the job when we go out and it finds its way home on its own.The self empty feature is cool as you only need to do it once in a while. We have kids and a dog and set to clean every morning and have to empty it about once every 6 weeks.It works well on the carpet in the lounge and the hard flooring in the rest of the downstairs. It is pretty quiet and doesn’t bother the dog - he had a good sniff at the beginning and the decided that it wasn’t worth his time.The bags are pretty cheap to replace as they can be ordered on Amazon in packs of 6 for 17.99, but the replacement kit with the brushes and filters feels a bit expensive, other brands are available for less, but I couldn’t comment on their quality.It has made us ensure that we don’t leave any cables on the ground as these can get chewed.They cost, but they do just remove a chore.

Bought this for my elderly grandma for her 80th birthday, she is unable to walk around without assistance and she is also a clean freak and cannot stand a tiny speck of dust on the floor (she previously had a dustpan and brush and struggled to get bits up off of the floor with it). But this vaccum has changed her life! Not a speck of dust on the floor and it is so easy for her to use on her phone with the push of a button. She couldn't be happier with it! If you are thinking about getting this, it is absolutely incredible, worth every penny!

I’ve had this robovac for a few months now and I can say its quite good for its price.The navigation is pretty good and I found that it does go back to places it thinks it have not covered yet like around tables and such. It does not do mapping or off limits zones like the more expensive models but it does show you the areas that have been cleaned. Its useful as a diagnostic tool more than anything else. However, it has some trouble navigating around more complex areas like under a table with an office chair or a tight opening. When it is in situations like this, it seems to most of its time cleaning the more complex areas which is nice but may be annoying if lets say you are working while the robovac is on.The robovac cleans pretty well. My apartment is builds up dust quickly and it is able to keep the dust off the floor very well along with food, hairs, or anything else you can think of. My only gripe with its cleaning ability is the fact that it only has one side brush. I found that bigger crumbs of food or dust tend to be flung off to the side by the side brush rather than being sucked in by the robovac. My parents have a cheaper eufy model called the G10 hybrid and it has two side brushes which stops this issue from even occurring.As for noise, the robovac itself is very quiet. Sometimes its so quiet that I wonder if it is cleaning. However, the self emptying dock is very loud when emptying the robovac. So loud in fact that I have to either plug my ears or wear headphones to stop it being so unbearable. This might be something to consider if you are living in an apartment or something like that.The app works as expected. You can schedule cleaning, manually control the robot, do spot cleaning, and setup do not disturb times (very helpful to stop the robovac emptying itself in the middle of the night). As an app, its not as feature rich as the more expensive models but it works as expected and I haven’t encountered a bug or a problem with it.Overall, I’m pretty happy with it. I’d recommend this to people who wants a good robot vacuum but does not need the fancy bells and whistles like house mapping and off limits zones. The auto emptying feature amazing and makes it an almost a set and forget appliance that you don’t have to worry too much about. Its great.

The media could not be loaded. Cleaner really does very well, even managed to get itself on-top of the dog bed and clean it, get itself "stuck" and then unstick itself. Very very impressed so far. Pepsi the dog (see video) doesn't seem too upset by it either, and the noise level is very low, so great.Wifi setup in the app was very easy, although it did require me to manually switch to the Wifi network of the hoover and then back to my normal wifi due to Android permissions issues. Maybe Anker/Eufy can work on that in a future version to make it easy for a non-tech-savvy user to setup easily?

The self cleaning station and app scheduling are good features. Was working fine and then all of a sudden stopped connecting to Wifi and would not charge its battery. Customer support has not been helpful.

Runs around every inch of the floor and picks up everything. It got a little lost on the dark carpet in my bedroom but eventually got to where it needed to go.I love that it fits under the sofa, so I have put the base station behind it so all hidden away.Definitely recommend this product if you like your floors nice and clean when you get home from work.UPDATE. I now have been using this vacuum for around 18months it’s been fantastic, twice a week it runs around cleaning. UNTIL the auto empty charger base stopped working. Only a 12month warranty so contacted the Terrible customer service atEufy and they said as it is out of warranty they are not going to do anything to help. They don’t do repairs or a maintenance service so I now have a very expensive vacuum that cannot be charged or used. Products that are this expensive should last a lot longer than this, and have a much longer warranty period.

Wish I’d bought this sooner. Much better quality of job than I thought to be honest. Can set up in the app but easy controls on the unit itself too. We set this off to vacuum on our way out then come home to nice clean house. We can usually get just over and hour of run time from a charge, then it returns home to charge itself and after a few hours ready to vacuum upstairs. Nice and quiet while cleaning and even knows to change settings when moving from wood floor to carpet. Can be a little noisy when emptying at the home station but this is only for 10-15 seconds or so and doesnt take the shine off the overall experience
