This item just arrived and was well packaged. However, upon opening I noticed it was cracked. It looks like a chunk cracked off the top and then cracked down the side. It also looked like it had been glued back together. You can feel the crack down the inside of the mug. I was really excited for this and it seemed like it would've been great if it didn't come damaged.

This is a really nice mug and my daughter-in-law loved it. The design is great and it is big and sturdy.

If you play an instrument or sing or just love music you’ll want this cup. Made well

I bought this for my teen daughter and she loves it.

Works great as my work hot chocolate mug. The inside is dark, so darker liquids won't stain it, and it holds 16 oz. so I don't have to bother with unnecessary refills, or an incorrect water to hot chocolate powder ratio.The handle is also large enough to hold comfortably, and a nice shape, for ease of use. I've used this mug every work day since it arrived, and I plan to keep using it for quite a while.Edit: It's five years later. It's still on my desk at work, looking great, and doing the job. Great purchase.

Very pretty mug. Love the contrast of the black musical notes with the white background. Bigger than I was expecting...taller. Great gift for any music or jazz lover. Made well. No cracks or chips. Shipped/packaged securely within Amazon box. Original box could probably use some bubble wrap to better secure mug to avoid breaking. Box was a little bigger than mug. I could see it getting broken, but mine wasn't.

It's a good mug, not for travel, tall, stylish, ordered 23 for gifts, but one was broken, so I had to reorder, contact amazon etc.Comes with a wonderful decorated in music notes box, which was perfect for my needs to wrap each gift.

Mug was as advertised but upon handling the mug to make sure it was in good condition (the box was falling apart - not sufficiently glued, maybe), I found it was sticky to the touch, enough so for hairs to get stuck in it, with brown stains. Gross. Probably food or glue, not fecal matter?? I hope?????? Mostly concentrated around the handle but there was a residue around the base of the cup as well. This one will definitely be getting a wash before I get it wrapped for Christmas. I hope the person who packaged it is okay. Rating 3 stars for product received to expectations except for gross. First 2 pictures are of the box falling apart as described, third picture is my attempt to capture the residue at the base, last 2 pictures are of the conspicuous and sticky staining. Yuck.
