SHEA MOISTURERaw Shea Butter Conditioner 384 ml, U-HC-12275

I love this conditioner!!! I am of asian origin with fairly thick, high porosity, dry, 3a curly hair. This conditioner made my hair really soft, defined and bouncy. It works well as a rinse-out or leave-in and this conditioner from the Shea Moisture range specifically states it can be used as a leave-in. It is thicker and more moisturising than the Coconut and Hibiscus one, but might be too heavy if you have fine hair. The smell is not too strong but is a bit odd straight out the bottle (like musty flowers). However, once my hair was dry it smelt lovely (musty smell gone). As with all Shea Moisture products it is sulfate and silicone-free and packed with great natural ingredients (appearing near the beggining of the list and not at the end).

After being recommended this by my friend, I decided to try it after years of brittle, frizzy and dry hair. I'm mixed race- English & African- so I've had trouble buying the right products for my hair: African hair products make my hair greasy, but English hair products dry my hair out completely. I've been using this for the past 2 weeks, and it has made a MASSIVE difference to my hair. When I first started using it, I found that my hair would get really dry and not take the product if I used it two days in a row. This was probably my fault, as I had heard all these shock horror stories about washing hair too often. However, I started conditioning my hair every day with normal hair conditioner, then applying this conditioner whilst the hair was still wet without combing it. Honestly, this has made all the difference! My hair is healthy, and I would definitely recommend to anyone with mixed race hair.

I wanted to switch to a better shampoo and conditioner to help with hair repair and growth. This came highly recommended so thought I'd give it a go.The conditioner is lovely and thick with a woody/bamboo smell. I was hoping for more of a cocoa/chocolatey scent from the shea butter but couldn't detect any. I need to use quite a lot of conditioner for my almost bum-length hair and while this doesn't feel very nourishing in the shower, my hair definitely feels softer when dry.

Great product! I use it like a cream/leave-in conditioner as it is thick, not watery.I use it everyday. I was looking for a product I could use to protect my hair from chlorine (I do conditione my hair more as I am swimming more often). I think it is a great product that you can use everyday and I will definitely continue using it. I have dry 4c hair, would say with high porosity (as my hair loves heavy creams and oils).

I'm SO glad this is back in stock - it was out for a couple of months from my subscribe and save and I really noticed the difference with having to try other conditioners! Just used it for the first time again last night and already it is straight away so much softer and smoother feeling, it really makes such a difference! I think it's hard to find natural products that also work well, and this is definitely one. Great to feel like my hair is smooth without a load of plastic-y coating junk in so many conditioners too, just properly moisturised - will be stocking up to not miss out again!

This product is great but I'm buying it elsewhere as a month is ridiculous.

I love this. I have 4C hair and my current conditioner was terrible. I used this normally as a conditioner and it left my hair feeling soft and smelling amazing. I also used it in a mixture for a deep condition and it did the same job. I was very skeptical after reading many reviews but there's not a fault with it. It delivered on time and also has a pump lock feature. I would definitely recommend for people with natural hair.

This stuff is amazing. I have very thick curly hair (3B) and I use this product straight after washing my hair as a leave in and then every morning on my dry hair as a moisturiser. I also use this as a conditioner when washing my hair! So many ways to use it that I get through a bottle quickly (and they are not small bottles)! Can't recommend enough!
