Would this be a good product to prime a refrigerator surface for later painting using an epoxy appliance paint?

I used it to remove light scratches on my car, and it didn’t work.

I have a car and this stuff was baked into it any suggestions how to remove?

Maybe mix some soapy water with some more rubbing compound? It has a certain oiliness to it, so requires some detergent of some kind to get it all off normally.

Man don't use muriatic acid that'll eat through your paint if you're not careful I would use a product called lime-away it's a product made for cleaning bathrooms and faucets and stuff and it's pretty strong it gets rid of rust and lime and all that but it's not strong enough to ruin the paint!

Can you use this on headlights and if you can how long do they last for before the haze come back?

I'm not an expert on headlight cleaning. I believe rubbing compound is not aggressive enough to resolve the hazing of headlights. I suggest that you purchase a kit designed to resolve the problem, as I did. I bought rubbing compound to be used on my car and my boat, not the headlights.
