I've always had a liking for expensive beauty products, but things are tight at the moment, so I'm exploring items that are much more reasonably priced. When it comes to hand cream, I've used the Intensive version for a long time to repair my hands after gardening, so I already knew I found one of their products completely indispensable. But I've been using this version for the first time after normal handwashing - my hands are getting drier with age - and it does just as well as any fancy brand I've ever bought. It soaks straight in - my #1 criteria - it leaves my hands instantly softer and more comfortable, and it doesn't clog up my jewellery with grease. I can find nothing I don't like, apart from the money I've wasted on more expensive stuff that isn't as good!

Really effective at soothing and improving dry skin. Since working in care during the pandemic, after months of using awful hand soaps and hand gels my skin on back of my hands was getting worse over time not better. I have been trying skin creams from pure natural remedies to off the shelf brands. None have given me the relief and results this cream has. Non greasy formula, a little is enough so even this smaller size will last.I'm amazed at the improvement from using this product after just a week. I shall keep using daily and hope for further improvement.

Superb product. Requires only tiny amounts to fix sore / dry / damaged skin. I've used this for years wherever needed and it works quickly and completely every time. No issues. No side effects. Cheap and exceptional.

I had really dry hands after being unwell in hospital for several weeks, I tried several more expensive hand creams and they weren't working. This worked really well. I put it on at night as I don't like greasy hands but to be honest this product doesn't really leave your hands too greasy. My skin feels much better now and no dry patches on knuckles anymore. Great price too, doesn't smell at all.

I am a dog trainer and outside all day through all weather and my hands get very dry and cracked. This cream has really helped me and my hands are much less cracked. Only need a little bit for it to go far and lasts. No smell which I like and the appearance is exactly as shown in pics. Would recommend for effective skin care.

This is a good product and I use it from time to time when the cold makes my hands dry and cracked, I like it as it leaves no residue (that greasy feel).The first thing you’ll feel is a sting if your hands are cracked, and this cream will highlight them all! But it’s not a huge problem for me, tends to fade after ten minutes or so.The real issue with this cream is that whether you leave it for half an hour or half a day - as soon as you wash your hands with soap and water, the effects are undone and your hands will be back to dry and cracked the next day.So I can’t say that it’s too effective on hands, if you’re buying for another area like an elbow - perhaps, but this cream is more of an “instant relief because it’s annoying me” than a long term cure.It’s a good brand with good science backing it, comes in a nice bag friendly tube, it’s lightweight and easy to carry - just bare in mind that as soon as you wash your hands, your hands will soon revert to being dry and cracked.I’d recommend one of the concentrated hand creams by Neutrogena (white with red or blue lids) a small dab of that a day seems to help longer term, although it has no greasy feel it does take about half an hour to be absorbed. After that you’re golden - but washing your hands still causes a “setback”.
