Hi, I'd like to purchase this product, but would like to know what elements are used to filter the water? Does it contain coconut/coconut shells?

Hi, I don’t think it contains coconut shells😉 but i know it has Biocera Antioxidant. It helps removed acidic waste in our body. I personally think the water taste better. I used to buy bottled water an now ot saves me a lot of money tbh. Water taste better without chlorine or metallic taste. I will recommend this alkaline filter. 😄👍

Hi i need to drink alkaline water around 8ph.  Will this work for me?

Hi,

I am a long time user of this product and just wish to add here my personal experience so far with this product.
If you are asking this in relation to the Invigorated water filters , you need to first:
-buy couple of ph testing stripes (different providers) to test your current level of ph water from your current source of water.
-then, if your source of water is way to high or to low, this filter will regulate it to the ph level you need by refiltering it couple of times, until need it.

If you have specific source of water that your doctor recomendet, you might need somme more expensive systems to reach that level of ph in the water. 
The water source all over the world/ country/ city/ region/ area different, so there is no right answer unless you test yourself the water ph of the area you are living in.

Just bought this a few days ago and the tap is leaking quite badly? Not good wasting all my nice water.

There is a washer in the tap that needs to be tightened by a wrench to make it leak proof
