When it arrived the box it was in was out of shape but luckily the clock inside was not damaged.It's a lovely clock and I'm proud to have it on the wall in my garden. It was easy to install with no problems. Not sure the temperature gauge is accurate though but keeps the time well.

This lovely garden/ indoor clock arrived promptly, well packaged & I am very pleased. Has kept perfect time & is definitely waterproof, because we had a very heavy shower within minutes of putting it on the garden wall.Attractive numbers, nice & clear & also great having a thermometer. I have purchased this type of clock in the past and this make has a problem with the large hand after a couple of years. My previous supplier always replaced, it will be interesting to see if the fault has been remedied, it usually takes around 2 years before the fault arises. It is a nice clock and good value, looks great on the shed.

All good and I am very pleased with this clock. It is completely waterproof so should be good for years to come unlike my old one which was just able to cope with the rain.

I wanted an attractive wall clock with thermometer to put on the wall of my log cabin and this suits the purpose impressively. It looks well made and seems to keep the time, although the temperature seems to measure a few degrees higher than expected hence 4 stars for accuracy.

Within a few weeks the hands became detached from the central mechanism rendering the clock useless. I contacted the company through Amazon requesting a refund because the goods were not of merchantable quality, They have ignored this request. Even if I wanted a replacement (which I don't) - they admit they have no stock left but will still not refund Me; and instead the last communication instead asked if they could pass my name on to "their supplier" so that they could send one IF they had stock. They seem well-versed in run-around tactics so beware would be my advice. Similarly there is no way on Amazon to request a refund. Bottom line: If it goes well all is fine, but when you buy on-line and it is faulty no one seems to take responsibility. Luckily its only 15 quid I have lost but I won't be using them or Amazon again. Go shopping and support the small retailers - they care about giving good service!

The overall clock dimensions was only 12 inches. Very disappointing and sent the clock back, shame a great looking clock.
